William joined Palladium in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities also include overseeing all technological aspects of the firm, in addition to assisting in functions including investment selection, asset allocation and trading. Prior to Palladium he worked for 7 years as a sell-side equity research analyst with BB&T Capital Markets and Stephens Inc. in Richmond, VA covering transportation related securities. He began his career in public audit with Deloitte. William obtained a BA in Mathematical Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, as well as a Masters in Accountancy from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
William resides in Norfolk with his wife, Jess, and their two daughters. He enjoys fly-fishing, golf, hiking and spending time with his family.
