Quarterly Client Reports
We send investment reports to our clients on a quarterly basis. The reports reflect the original cost of assets, the current market value and a breakdown of holdings by asset class. Our reports are always accompanied with a personalized letter addressing current events that impact the economy. If a major event occurs between quarters, we will send a separate mailing addressing our thoughts on the matter in hopes of alleviating fear. We always encourage our clients to phone with any questions or concerns.
Annual Tax Report
Included with our 4th quarter investment reports is relevant tax information. We include a Gain/Loss Report, breaking down all gains/losses incurred during the year and a separate Fees Paid Report itemizing our quarterly investment advisory fee. The reports are mailed in early January allowing ample time for our clients to complete their taxes.
Our Team Can Provide Financial Forecasting
Using Monte-Carlo simulations to project the distribution of possible future account balances. This technique can be used to project the size of allowable spending levels during retirement.
Our clients will receive our Palladium Perspectives newsletter on a quarterly basis. They may receive it by physical or electronic mail delivery. It is also accessible by website. It is an informative piece offering the firm’s perspective on the economy and the effect it has on the market. The comments are straight forward and often humorous regardless of a bull or bear market.
Our client portfolios are individually managed and the investment objectives are based on the needs of the individual. Investment Guidelines are established at the onset of the relationship, in collaboration with the client, so that there is a clear understanding of their investment goals.
Scheduled Clients Meetings
In addition to corresponding with clients by telephone or email exchange, we feel that it is important to meet in person as often, or as little, as a client deems necessary. We have clients throughout the country and will travel to any destination to meet their needs.
For those clients who are technically sawy, we offer the service of accessing their investment reports through a secure portal on our website. We assist with the initial setup and then follow up with an electronic notification when the reports are ready.
